Conversion Rate
Percentage of users taking desired action. Sentient's multi-factor model identifies exact lift per driver.
Definition
Conversion Rate is the percentage of users who take a desired action-purchase, sign-up, download. It's the ultimate funnel metric. Sentient OS goes beyond reporting conversion rate to modeling its drivers. The Conversion Modeling module uses multi-factor analysis: price sensitivity +20%, engagement quality +8%, match quality +15%. Each driver's contribution is computed, not estimated. This enables deterministic optimization: improve the driver, improve the rate. Conversion rate feeds Performance Forecasting and ROI projection. The platform identifies which factors move conversion-enabling prescriptive action rather than retrospective observation.
Why It Matters
Sentient doesn't just report conversion rate-we model its drivers. Multi-factor analysis enables deterministic optimization.
